If you're unfamiliar with how professional eating works; essentially, the eater will take on a food challenge at a restaurant. The challenges usually have a time limit and, if completed, the eater can receive cash, prizes, or recognition in the restaurant.

Brandon has been professionally eating for over 3 years and his YouTube following has grown as a result. In this conversation, Brandon shares what preparation he goes through for these challenges.

The technical side of being a YouTube content creator is a lot more involved than people think. In this conversation, Brandon shares the struggles he faced in the early days of making videos.
