Kerrville-Schreiner Park Texas Camp and Cook
First pay camp on the 6 month trip. I did not have to camp and pay but wanted to pamper myself which I normally do not do cause I am so cheap. Weather was really cool so did not need the AC and all my batteries were topped off but hey, it is worth it from time to time.

I am on my 16 state / 6 month trip for my OutdoorsUnsupervised channel and I found myself needin' to wash laundry and charge 3 of my batteries so I stopped into an RV Park called Take It East RV Park in Winslow Arizona. I Was a Judge for a BBQ Cooking Contest in Junction Texas
With a 6 month trip it can get pricey with gas, food and sometimes an RV pay site. I was at Schreiner Park in Junction Texas hen the city workers told me that a bbq cooking contest was in town and they usually need judges. Say no more, I flew on my e-scooter down to the police department and city hall to see if I can weasel myself into it. They said I could so I got to have plenty of ribeye, beans, chicken, ribs and brisket
Headed to New Mexico
1 month of the 6 months has just passed on this 16 state trip. I left Junction Texas to head to Las Cruces Mexico to find a BLM to camp and hike.

I did not plan on a hike but saw they had a trailhead where I camped at Baylor Canyon RD BLM in Las Cruces New Mexico at Baylor Pass Organ Mountains. I brought some hikin' gear, no excuses!!!!

On my way to Flagstaff Arizona I had passed by the Petrified Forest near Holbrook Arizona. I made a U-Turn and decided to check out the free petrified wood in the gift shop. Entered the gift shop and it turned into a video. Took the 28 mile trip into the Petrified Forest National Park.

When it comes to campin' it is always a treat when you can find free places to camp to cut the travel costs. This one is at Homochitto National Park in Meadville Mississippi. I plan on stayin' here at least a week.

Local’s Bar & Kitchen Lunatic Challenge in Baton Rouge
Arrived in Baton Rouge and found out that Local's Bar & Kitchen has a burger challenge called the Lunatic Burger. The record is 8min 27 sec that my friend Randy Santel has. This is said to be a 6-7lb challenge, lets see if we can get close to that time.
Bar-B-Que Station Ultimate Brisket Burger Challenge
At the Bar B Que Station in Independence Louisiana I came across the Ultimate Burger challenge. Has 2lbs of burger, 0.5lbs of brisket, 10 slices of bacon, cheddar cheese allon a toasted bun accompanied with lettuce, pickle and tomato smothered with delicious bbq sauce. You have as long as you'd like to finish and the meal is not free but they will post you on their Facebook page. If you beat the record of 3 Ultimate Burgers you get the meal for free and have the title of CHAMP.
