Had the pleasure of attemptin' this food challenge with Don Johnson a member of the Disposal team. This challenge is super spicy and weighs about 2 to 2.5lbs. You get your choice of meat and you get 20 minutes to finish. If you finish you get the meal for free, a choice of a shirt or scarf and your picture on the wall of fame. If you fail you will pay in cramps, your pride and owe them $14.99 plus tax.
