Second challenge on this trip, earlier this day Notorious B.O.B. and myself had done a team pizza challenge at Simple Simon’s in Beebe Arkansas. This challenge was a delicious 6.5lb burrito topped with Queso and some stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon. We had 1 hour to eat and had to were a sombrero while we ate it.
