I had a breakfast challenge I was excited about since I do not do many of them at The Coffee Station about 30 minutes form where Bob lives. I had all day to complete it but I wanted to get out of there so we could do some site seein’ with Bob and Tosha. The challenge consisted of about 3 or 4 lbs of sandwiches that were made on buttered toast of eggs, cheese, sausage and bacon.
