I was on my way to St. Louis I, searched the website of Randy Santel www.FoodChallenges.com and found a challenge in Patton, MO at Highway 51 Express . This undefeated challenge consisted of 3 Burgers and each had 3 1/3lb patties with cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce and tomatoes on a buttered and tasted bun (all come with fries). It is called the Big Daddy Express and you get an hour to complete it. The meal is free if you can finish within the hour. If you fail, you owe them $42, government taxes and your pride.
